This week, for something different, I brought the slide into the living room for the girls. It has been too cold to play out in the garage, so I thought the girls would like to bring the outside inside.
Gretchen had the best time! She spent the entire afternoon sliding. Once Kaelyn came home, she had even more fun because she had someone to slide with!
Gretchen went up and down over and over. I loved listening to her giggle and laugh. Proof positive that bringing the slide inside was a good idea!
Not to be left out, Sophie worked and worked to sit on the end of the slide. A couple of times she was knocked off by big sister because she did not get out of the way fast enough! Gretchen and I had to have a little talk about not knocking our sisters off the slide just because they do not move when we want them to . . . at least until they are old enough to move faster or fight back!
