Sunshine Day

During one of the very last warm days a couple of weeks ago, the girls and I took advantage of the weather and spent the afternoon at the park.

The girls had the best time playing and running off some energy.

Sophie loved sitting in the swing while her sisters played on the playground. We went to Parkview Park. I really like this park because I can see Kaelyn and Gretchen at all times while I am pushing Sophie on the swing.

Of course, Kaelyn and Gretchen did a lot of sliding. Gretchen loves it when Kaelyn includes her, so she was thrilled when Kaelyn wanted to go down the slide with her!

I have a feeling that this will be one of our last visits to the park until spring. I hate that the weather is getting colder and our outside experiences are coming to an end. Hopefully, in a year or two, the little girls will be big enough to spend some time outside in the colder weather. Until then, we will just have to make do with some fun indoor activities until the weather gets warmer!
